MBEC-2025---Announcement

Don’t miss the pro-life medical conference of the year in Orlando, Florida!

The Matthew Bulfin Educational Conference (MBEC) is only 7 weeks away! Have you registered?

This medical education conference brings together experts from a variety of fields and medical specialties to discuss issues surrounding life-affirming healthcare. This year it is being hosted in sunny Orlando, Florida, directly across the street from SeaWorld, from February 28 through March 2. Take a much-needed break from the harsh winter weather to come network with colleagues who share your values and learn valuable information to support your practice and perhaps even bring your family to visit Orlando’s attractions (our attendees can get discounted tickets to SeaWorld!).

17 of the talks that will be presented at February’s Matthew Bulfin Educational Conference (MBEC) are approved for a total of 10.75 hours of category 1 CME. Register for MBEC today at conference.aaplog.org to  experience profound talks such as:

  • A panel discussion of hard cases: medical and bioethical considerations, with experts in diverse specialties: maternal-fetal medicine specialist Kerri Brackney, MD, FACOG; fetal & pediatric radiologist Brandon Brown, MD; neonatologist Robin Pierucci, MD; and ethicist Christopher Tollefsen, PhD)
  • The Way of Medicine in Obstetrics and Gynecology – Farr Curlin, MD, Professor of Medical Humanities at Duke Divinity School; Christopher Tollefsen, PhD, Professor of Philosophy, University of South Carolina
  • Helping patients who are dying or helping patients to die? The Way of Medicine at the end of life – Farr Curlin, MD)
  • Lost in Trans Nation: A Child Psychiatrist’s Guide Out of the Madness Miriam Grossman, MD

If you are interested in obtaining CME credits from these lectures, be sure to register here for CME. It’s free for dues-paying members of AAPLOG. Recordings of these presentations will be made available online after the conference for continuing CME to those who aren’t able to attend in person.

You can view the full conference schedule here. Dues-paying members get a 15% registration discount with a code. (This code was emailed to all dues-paying members, but if you missed it, feel free to reach out and we will resend it.)
