AAPLOG leadership and members have had a busy last couple of weeks with oral arguments in DC, but that doesn’t mean we’re slowing down this month! In April, our team will be traveling around the country for rallies, conferences, and more. We hope you can join us for some of the following events:
- Colorado March for Life | Friday, April 12 We hope you can join us for Colorado’s inaugural state March for Life, which will be held near the State Capitol at 12 PM. The March will be preceded at 11 AM by a rally in front of the Capitol. Speakers include AAPLOG CEO Dr. Christina Francis and AAPLOG Board Member Dr. Catherine Wheeler. - AAPLOG Colorado Chapter Launch Event | Friday, April 12 Directly after the March for Life, medical professionals will be meeting inside the state Capitol for the launch event of AAPLOG’s first-ever state chapter, the Colorado chapter. We are excited to be building communities at the state level that can meet Colorado’s unique needs as we fight for life-affirming medicine. Be sure to drop by right after you finish marching. - California Media Training | Sunday, April 21 We are offering a special half-day media training session on Sunday, April 21 in Sacramento, California. National media experts will offer personalized training to empower you to offer your expertise in defense of life-affirming medicine in the media. Click here to learn more and RSVP.
- California March for Life | Monday, April 22 We hope that all California residents can join us in Sacramento for the state’s annual March for Life! The pre-march rally begins at noon; we encourage you to come and see Dr. Christina Francis among the speakers. The March itself begins at 1 PM. Click here to learn more and RSVP.
- Heartbeat International Conference | April 24-26 Are you coming to Heartbeat International’s annual conference in Salt Lake City, Utah? We are! The conference is designed for ministry leaders, staff, board members, and volunteers of life-affirming pregnancy help centers, medical clinics, maternity homes, and non-profit adoption agencies, as well as professionals in the areas of medicine, counseling, social work, and education.
