Meet Jordan Estabrook Butler, AAPLOG’s New Communications Manager

AAPLOG is excited to introduce you to our new Communications Manager, Jordan Estabrook Butler. In her own words, she recounts her experience in pro-life work, shares some fun facts, and what she’s looking forward to in her new role.

I’m thrilled to join AAPLOG’s team as their new Communications Manager. For nearly two years, I worked for Students for Life of America (SFLA) as a press specialist and online editor, where I dove headfirst into the pro-life movement. I spent a large amount of my time researching and writing about chemical abortion pills, Planned Parenthood, in vitro fertilization (IVF), pro-life laws, mail-in abortion pills, and more. Additionally, I pitched national and local media outlets on events and abortion issues, edited and pitched student and staff articles, and prepped them for media interviews.

When I’m not working, you can find me playing and hanging out with my two Shih Tzus, Oliver and Teddy Jenkins. Even when I’m working, they’re still there keeping me company!

I love running my photography business, Jordan G Photography, on the side, while also baking and cooking, reading mystery books, and spending time with my husband, Stephen, friends, and family.

Even though I’ve only been at AAPLOG for a short time, I love the atmosphere and care that the AAPLOG team shows each other and their members. I look forward to meeting as many of you as I can and working with all of you. If you see me at the conference in February, come over and say hi!

We are so excited to have Jordan as part of our AAPLOG family and look forward to all of you (especially those of you who have been through our media training!) getting to know her better as she helps elevate medical voices to where they belong – at the heart of our defense of all of our patients.

If you haven’t yet participated in our media training, stay tuned for exciting news about opportunities coming in 2026!
